Olive Oil – Yummy AND good for you!
Here is some good news, and boy, do we need some good news!
Olive oil, eaten as part of a Mediterranean diet, is good for you and will also leave you feeling fuller for longer, as it has that ‘mouth appeal’ that good food needs. That means that using olive oil can help you to lose weight. Now, that is good news!

So, go and buy only Extra Virgin olive oil and use it. Do not overheat it, but add it to salads, vegetables, breads, dips, roasting vegetables, fish, pasta, risotto, and anything else you can.
